Video tour of DayByDayNY, an early literacy website

The New York State Library is pleased to announce a short video tour of DayByDayNY (http://daybydayny.org/), the early literacy website designed by the New York State Library to engage families and young children in reading, learning and public libraries.

The video is available through the Ready to Read at New York Libraries website: http://www.nysl.nysed.gov/libdev/earlylit/ This 5.5 minute video is designed to give viewers a quick overview of all the features of DayByDayNY. Please encourage library staff to view the video, become familiar with the DaybyDayNY website, and share the website and videos via social networking.

DaybyDayNY is an important component of Ready to Read at New York Libraries, a new statewide program from the New York State Library designed to help library staff further enhance and expand their early literacy services and programs.
